Bonjour !
My name is Melissa, and I was born in Carrefour-Feuille, Haiti. I completed my classical studies and graduated in my native country. After living in Haiti and the Dominican Republic, I arrived in the United States. Since I was a little girl, my dream has always been to work with children, either as a teacher or pediatrician. I realized my dream by joining daycare and preschool programs as soon as I arrived in New York. I started at a young age as a babysitter, and over the years, I have gained extensive experience working with children under 6 years old.

Today, a new chapter begins, and I am extremely proud to join Petits Poussins. From the moment I met your “petits poussins” (toddlers and preschoolers), I instantly felt a connection with them. The most magical part is creating a bond with the children. With a heart full of kindness, patience, and joy, I nourish young minds. I love to play and foster a warm and engaging environment where curiosity and wonder thrive. Their smiles are truly contagious.

My ambition is to help them explore, learn, and grow while building their confidence. I am dedicated to creating a magical atmosphere, filled with laughter and care. When they feel sad, I comfort them, ensuring they are always in a safe and stimulating environment where learning and love are foundational. I hope to leave a lasting impact on each of their lives. I am excited to meet all our future Petits Poussins and to create a new story with each of them.
